Help in sign language

How does it work?

The service consists of remote interpreting for conversations between deaf or hearing impaired persons and employees of the City of Brussels. Employees can come into contact with a sign language interpreter using a tablet. The deaf or hearing impaired person requesting this service is visibly in contact with the interpreter who appears on the tablet screen, while the City employee communicates using the tablet’s microphone and headphones.
